SMS Terms

These terms govern the text-message program operated by The Layssa Cosmetic Surgery Awareness Foundation, Inc.

Effective date: August 21, 2026

Program description

The program sends cosmetic-surgery safety education, public-awareness resources, Foundation news, community-event notices, and volunteer opportunities. Messages are educational and informational only. They are not emergency assistance, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, counseling, or legal advice.

How to enroll

Text AWARENESS to 1-855-941-5584. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated messages about the subjects described above. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase, donation, contact request, or access to Foundation resources.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. The Foundation may send one final message confirming your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent by texting START or UNSTOP.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Foundation may suspend or discontinue the program or change the sending number when reasonably necessary.

Privacy

The SMS Privacy Notice explains how information associated with the program is handled. Consent is limited to the Foundation and the message subjects described in these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the program to send unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive content. Do not send private health information, medical records, identification documents, insurance information, or treatment photographs.

Changes

The Foundation may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Any material expansion of recurring message subjects will require any additional consent required by applicable rules.
