Choose what feels right
Enter any amount on PayPal. After a completed payment is securely confirmed, the Foundation website identifies the matching recognition level. Donors may give without requesting public recognition or a benefit.
Major giving and recognition
Donations of $1,000 or more may qualify for the optional benefits below, subject to availability and final written fulfillment terms. Donors may decline every benefit.
Nothing is published automatically. No donor name, memorial, message, photo, icon, logo, banner, or design description will appear online or in a public display until the Foundation has reviewed and approved it and the donor has separately authorized that specific public use.
$1,000–$4,999.99
Helps people ask clearer questions before cosmetic surgery.
Recognition may include
Artwork limits: Memorial photo: JPG, PNG, or WEBP; up to 10 MB. Public display is cropped responsively and does not exceed 600 × 600 px.
$5,000–$9,999.99
Supports awareness of surgeon, credential, and facility verification.
Recognition may include
Artwork limits: Small mark: square 600 × 600 to 1200 × 1200 px; JPG, PNG, or WEBP; up to 5 MB. Displayed no larger than 120 × 120 CSS px. Custom text: 60 characters maximum.
$10,000–$19,999.99
Expands practical education that supports more informed decisions.
Recognition may include
Artwork limits: Web banner: 1200 × 300 px (4:1 ratio); JPG, PNG, or WEBP; up to 5 MB. Keep important text and faces inside the centered 1080 × 220 px safe area.
$20,000 and above
Carries Layssa's memory forward through the Foundation's highest recognition level.
Recognition may include
Artwork limits: Public-display logo: transparent PNG preferred, at least 2400 px wide, up to 10 MB. Artwork is placed within a maximum 12 × 6 inch sponsor area; final size depends on the display, production schedule, venue rules, and available space.
After payment, eligible donors may request or decline benefits. Before fulfillment or public recognition, the Foundation will provide applicable limits, final written terms, and a good-faith value for goods or services provided. Payment acknowledgments will describe any benefit accepted by the donor. Every level includes an anonymous-giving option. A donor may remain anonymous while separately authorizing a reviewed memorial.
Your recognition choices
Payment and recognition information are handled separately. The secure processor handles payment details. A separate Foundation form collects only the information needed for a shirt, acknowledgment, memorial, donor-wall entry, or sponsorship request.
Eligible donors receive the private recognition form on the return page after PayPal confirms a completed payment. The amount in a browser address is never used to assign a level.A donor may describe the requested icon, short text treatment, banner, memorial image, or logo concept and upload any approved photo or source material. The Foundation may prepare a simple layout within the selected level's size limit. Production, one proof, final approval, and any revision limit must be confirmed before publication.
Before you give
The Foundation has not received IRS recognition as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3). Contributions are not currently represented as tax-deductible. Donors should consult their own tax adviser.
The Layssa Cosmetic Surgery Awareness Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation operating under Florida small-charitable-organization compliance number CH84747, active through August 17, 2027, subject to continuing eligibility and annual renewal requirements.

Contributions are requested to advance the Foundation's cosmetic-surgery safety education, verification awareness, compassionate community outreach, and the responsible operations needed to deliver that work. To ask a question or request available financial information, contact the Foundation.
The Foundation will provide a payment confirmation or acknowledgment showing the contribution date and amount. If a donor accepts a shirt, advertising, banner, or another good or service, the acknowledgment will describe that benefit and provide a good-faith estimate of its value when applicable. No part of a payment is currently represented by the Foundation as deductible for federal income-tax purposes.
A banner, advertisement, promotional placement, or other substantial return benefit may be treated as a sponsorship or exchange transaction rather than a pure donation. Final placement, duration, content standards, availability, fulfillment, and refund terms must be accepted before a benefit is fulfilled or public recognition begins.
Public recognition is optional. A donation does not by itself authorize the Foundation to publish a donor's name, giving amount, memorial, photograph, organization name, website, or logo. The recognition form requires affirmative public-use authorization whenever the donor requests public donor or memorial recognition. The authorization is not required for a fully private or anonymous submission. The Foundation will review submitted material before any publication or display.
Planned use of funds
When donations become available, funds are intended to support mission-aligned programs and the responsible operating work needed to deliver them. Specific allocations may vary as programs and budgets are formally established.
Develop and share clear educational materials about questions to ask, informed consent, preparation, recovery awareness, and warning signs.
Help people understand how to check surgeon credentials, board-certification claims, and surgical-facility information using authoritative sources.
Expand compassionate outreach, learning opportunities, and resources for individuals, families, and community partners.
Support the tools, accessibility, administration, and other necessary operating work that helps educational programs reach people reliably.
